Mr. Beauregard:

RE:   Tariff Notice 52 and 52/A - Co-location service

On 7 September 2007, the Commission received an application by Téléphone Guèvremont inc. (TGI), under cover of Tariff Notice 52, in which the company proposed the introduction of Co-location service.   On 14 September 2007, TGI filed an amendment to it's application in order to adjust the proposed rates to those currently approved for Télébec, Limited Partnership.

On 14 September 2007, the Commission received a letter from 9164-3122 Québec inc., doing business under the name of Sogetel Numérique (Sogetel), indicating that it had entered into discussion with TGI to review the content of TGI's proposed tariff pages.   On 21 September 2007, the Commission received comments from Sogetel.

On 19 October 2007, the Commission received TGI's reply-comments.

It is noted that comments and tariff modifications were received with respect to these filings. The Commission expects to render its decision within 45 business days of the revised application being filed.

Yours sincerely,
