Interrogatories related to Bell TN 7039 and Bell Aliant TN 95

  1. In the response to interrogatory The Companies (CRTC) 27Jun07-1 TN7028 & TN82, Bell Canada provided the detailed service provisioning activities and costs associated with a port-out cancellation.   The response identified a separate cost estimate associated with the Central Office (CO) technician activities to complete all required jumper wire disconnection work, jumper wire re-connection, and the administrative work at the COs and Remotes.   Identify, with supporting rationale, the circumstances under which each of the above-noted CO technician activities would be required in the event of a stand-alone port-out cancellation.   The response should provide the reasons as to why each activity would be required and should provide the expected frequency and associated unit cost for each these activities in the event of a stand-alone port-out cancellation, and should also identify the associated processes and systems that would be involved.
