Dear Mr. Armstrong

RE: Tariff Notice 147 - Centrex Service II

On 20 August 2007 , the Commission received an application by Sasktel, under cover of Tariff Notice 147, in which the company proposed a modification to its Centrex Service II.

This application raises competitive and pricing equity issues similar to a tariff application filed under Bell Aliant Tariff Notice 218 which is under Commission consideration. Consequently, the Commission will not be able to render a decision within 45 business days of the date of receipt of this application. The Commission expects to render its decision prior to the end of December 2007.

Yours sincerely,
