Ms. Louise Robichaud Dear Ms. Robichaud: RE: Tariff Notice 59 - 9-1-1 Public Emergency Reporting Service On 5 October 2007 , the Commission received an application by Cochrane Telecom Services, under cover of Tariff Notice 59, in which the company proposed the introduction of 9-1-1 Public Emergency Reporting Service. Commission staff has received comments relating to the application. Consequently, the Commission will not be able to render a decision within 10 business days of the date of receipt of the application. The Commission expects to render its decision within 45 business days of the application being filed.
