Dear Mr. Olenick:

RE: Tariff Notice 136 - Carrier Access Services Tariff

On 26 September 2007, the Commission received an application by TBayTel, under cover of Tariff Notice 136, in which the company proposed the introduction of the Carrier Access Services General Tariff.

Commission staff notes that TBayTel indicated it would file further information with respect to its application. Consequently, the Commission will not be able to render a decision within 10 business days of the date of receipt of the application. The Commission expects to render its decision within 45 business days of the application being filed.

Yours sincerely,
