RE:   Application for forbearance from the regulation of residential local exchange services in Donnacona, Neuville, St-Augustin, Ste-Claire and St-Henri-de-Lévis

Dear Sir:

In its letter dated 15 May 2007, the Commission directed incumbent local exchange carriers (ILECs) to estimate the number of households affected by an application for forbearance by mapping Forward Sortation Areas (FSA) onto each wire centre. The Commission specified that where the geographic boundaries of FSAs do not coincide sufficiently with wire centre boundaries, the ILEC is to provide a list of the six-character postal codes assigned to each exchange for which the ILEC is requesting forbearance and the number of households estimated by mapping these six-character postal codes onto local exchange boundaries .

TELUS Communications Company did not provide the information as directed in the application for forbearance referenced above.

Consequently, TCC is required to file the above-mentioned information with the Commission, serving a copy on all parties, no later than 15 October 2007 .

Where a document is to be filed or served by a specific date, the document must be actually received, not merely sent, by that date .

Yours truly,
