Mr. Terry Connolly Dear Mr. Connolly: RE: TCC Tariff Notice 273, Former TCI Tariff Notice 597, and TCBC Tariff Notice 4288 - Integrated Services Digital Network - Primary Rate Interface (ISDN-PRI) Service On 24 September 2007, the Commission received applications by TELUS Communications Company (TCC) , under cover of Tariff Notices (TNs) TCC TN 273, Former TCI TN 597 and TCBC TN 4288, proposing revisions to its Former TCI General Tariff item 495, TCBC General Tariff items 470 and 470-A, to amalgamate its tariff items in Alberta and British Columbia under a new TCC General Tariff item 214, Integrated Services Digital Network - Primary Rate Interface (ISDN-PRI) Service. Commission staff notes that interrogatories will be sent. Consequently, the Commission will not be able to render a decision within 10 business days of the date of receipt of the application.
