Dear Mr. Grieve,

Re:   Part VII application seeking forbearance of TCC's High-Speed digital services

In order to assess the competitor capability and apply the Framework for forbearance from regulation of high-speed intra-exchange digital network access services, Telecom Decision 2007-35, 25 May 2007, Commission staff requires the following information from Telus Communications Company (TCC):

  • A list of all postal codes within each wire centre identified in Attachment 2 of TCC's 14 June 2007 Part VII application.   The list should be provided in an electronic format (comma separated text file or equivalent).

TCC is to provide the above information to the Commission by 10 October 2007.   Commission staff notes that where a document is to be filed or served by a specific date, the document must be actually received, not merely sent, by that date.

Yours sincerely,
