In the ir response to Interrogatories related to Bell Canada TN 7017 and Bell Aliant TN 72 , The Companies(CRTC)24Apr07-4 TN 7017/72, dated 31 May 2007, the Companies stated the following: " The Companies propose to charge in 15 minute increments, consistent with the Companies' practice in charging for labour, example Diagnostic Maintenance Charges. "
2. Explain whether customer requests typically include multiple equipment records. In the event that a customer request includes multiple equipment records, explain, with supporting rationale, whether the proposed labour rate would apply to the time required to complete all equipment records included in the request, or would apply to individual equipment records contained in the request. 3. Section 5.1 of the Bell Canada Report on the Economic Evaluation of the Introduction of Access Service Tariff Item 107 for CLEC Manual Equipment Record Service, indicates that the demand forecast reflects an extrapolation of the actual number of CLEC initiated manual equipment record request from January 2007 to July 2007.
