Mr. Willie Grieve Dear Mr. Grieve: Re: Review of certain Phase II costing issues - Telecom Public Notice CRTC 2007-4, 30 March 2007 On 30 March 2007 , the Commission issued Review of certain Phase II costing issues , Telecom Public Notice CRTC 2007-4, 30 March 2007 (Public Notice 2007-4) and initiated a proceeding to review certain Phase II costing issues. In accordance with the procedures set out in Public Notice 2007-4, parties filed responses to interrogatories posed by the Commission and parties to the proceeding. As a result of its review of these responses, Commission staff considers that certain responses by TELUS Communications Company (TCC) require further clarification by way of the interrogatories provided in Attachment 1. Accordingly, TCC is requested to provide responses to the attached interrogatories by 12 October 2007 . Interrogatory responses are also to be served on all parties to the proceeding by the same date. Parties may file supplementary comments limited strictly to addressing the information provided in response to these supplementary interrogatories, copying all other parties to the proceeding, by 23 October 2007 . The current deadlines for the filing of comments and reply comments, i.e., 28 September 2007 and 2 November 2007 respectively, remain unchanged. Yours sincerely, 'Original signed by P. Godin'
