Re:   TELUS - Application for forbearance from regulation of residential local exchange services in qualifying markets in Alberta and British Columbia

 

In order for the Commission to make a determination with regard to forbearance of the local residential services market in the Nanaimo exchange in TELUS operating territory, Shaw Telecom Inc. is requested to file its response to the attached interrogatory and serve copies to all parties in this proceeding, by 18 September 2007.

Where a document is to be filed or served by a specific date, the document must be actually received, and not merely sent, by that date.
