Mr. Brian Armstrong document.control@sasktel.sk.ca RE: Tariff Notice 147 - Centrex Service II Dear Mr. Armstrong, On 20 August 2007 , the Commission received an application by Sasktel, under cover of Tariff Notice 147, in which the company proposed a modification to its Centrex Service II. This application raises competitive and pricing equity issues similar to a tariff application filed under Bell Aliant Tariff Notice 218 which is under Commission consideration. Consequently, the Commission will not be able to render a decision within 10 business days of the date of receipt of this application. The Commission expects to render its decision within 45 business days of the application being filed. Yours sincerely, 'Original signed by D. Magmanlac'
