Re:   Review of regulatory framework for wholesale services and definition of essential service - Telecom Public Notice CRTC 2006-14

Commission members and relevant staff wish to visit a party's premises in the National Capital Region (NCR) that contain facilities that relate to the above-noted proceeding. The visit is to have a bilingual capability.

Parties are strongly encouraged to agree amongst themselves as to which party's premises is to be visited.

The party owning the consensus choice site shall by 7 September 2007, file notice of the consensus choice for the premises to be visited with the Commission, with a copy served on all other parties

Each party (including the host party) will have the option of sending one legal counsel on the visit.

Absent consensus, parties are to file their suggested venue by 7 September 2007, copying all other parties. The Commission will then decide the matter by drawing by lot from among the eligible submissions received.

Yours sincerely,
