Debbie Girard Dear Ms. Girard: RE: Agreement 1207/00 - Basic Listing Interchange File Service Agreement On 21 August 2007 , the Commission received a Basic Listing Interchange File Service Agreement duly executed by Ontario Telecommunications Association and Vidéotron Ltd. (collectively the Companies). This type of agreement is provided for in the Companies' tariffs and does not fall under section 29 of the Telecommunications Act, S.C. 1993, c. 38.
