(Primus) dated 23 August 2007 with respect to the Commission's interpretation in paragraph 4 of Review of general tariff bundling rules and requirements for market trials in light of Decision 2007-51 , Telecom Public Notice CRTC 2007-12 (PN 2007-12) with respect to the application of Order Issuing a Direction to the CRTC on Implementing the Canadian Telecommunications Policy Objectives , P.C. 2006-1534. The purpose of this letter is to advise parties that Primus' letter has been placed on the public record of the PN 2007-12 proceeding and may be accessed via the Commission's website.
