Re: Barrett Xplore Inc. - Application to review and vary Telecom Decision CRTC 2007-50
On 13 August 2007 , Barrett Xplore Inc. (BXI) submitted an application pursuant to section 62 of the Telecommunications Act and Part VII of the CRTC Telecommunications Rules of Procedure , to review and vary certain aspects of Telecom Public Notice CRTC 2006-15 - Use of deferral account funds to expand broadband services to certain rural and remote communities , Telecom Decision CRTC 2007-50, 6 July 2007 [1] . At paragraph 17 of its application, BXI requested that the Commission issue directions on procedure pursuant to section 8 of the CRTC Telecommunications Rules of Procedure.
The purpose of this letter is to inform interested parties that any person or organization may submit comments with respect to BXI's application by no later than 12 September 2007 . BXI will have until 24 September 2007 to reply.
