Re: Bell Canada Tariff Notice 7039 and Bell Aliant Tariff Notice 95

The Commission is continuing its analysis of Tariff Notice 7039 and Tariff Notice 95, Port-Out Cancellation Service Charge for Local Number Portability (LNP) and Wireless Number Portability (WNP) - 10 Digit Global Title Translation (10D GTT) - Access to Service Control Point (SCP), Access Services Tariff Item 115.   Accordingly, the Commission is unable to dispose of this application within 45 business days of the filing date.   The Commission expects to render a decision with respect to the above-noted application by fourth quarter 2007.
