Dear Mr. Armstrong:

RE: Tariff Notice No. 141 - Destandardization and Withdrawal of Distribution and Entry Construction Charges

The Commission received an application by Saskatchewan Telecommunications Inc. (SaskTel) under cover of Tariff Notice 141, dated 10 July 2007 , in which SakTel proposed to destandardize and withdraw its General Tariff item 105.25, Distribution and Entry Construction Charges.

By letter, dated 19 July 2007 , SaskTel requested that this application be withdrawn.

Since the Commission has issued no determination with regards to this application, the Company's withdrawal request is reasonable.

Yours sincerely,

'Original signed by C. Bailey'
