Mr. Jesse Gasteiger Dear Mr. Gasteiger: RE: Agreements 1186/00 & 1187/00 On 21 June 2007 , the Commission received applications by ExaTel, under cover of Agreements 1186/00 & 1187/00, for the approval of two Master Agreement for Local Interconnection specifying the interconnection arrangement between the company and other local service providers. Commission staff's requested amendments to these applications have not yet been received. Consequently, the Commission will not be able to render decisions within 10 business days of the date of receipt of the applications.
