(Shaw) requesting the Commission to review and vary Application for forbearance from regulation of residential local exchange services in Fort McMurray, Alberta , Telecom Decision CRTC 2007-18, 27 March 2007. On 7 June 2007 , the Commission received a letter from TELUS Communications Company informing the Commission that it was prepared to proceed alone on its proposed communications plan, as requested by Shaw in its review and vary application. On 27 June 2007 , the Commission received a letter from Shaw seeking to withdraw its review and vary application .
