Re: Application for forbearance from the regulation of business local exchange services in various exchanges in British Columbia, Alberta and Quebec 

In a letter dated 4 July 2007, TELUS Communications Company (TCC) filed additional information that, it submitted, completed its application for forbearance of business local exchange services in various exchanges in British Columbia, Alberta and Quebec dated 15 June 2007 .

Staff is satisfied that, with the additional information, TCC has fulfilled the information requirements set out in the staff letter dated 7 May 2007 [1] .

Accordingly, as per Timelines for submissions regarding local forbearance applications , Telecom Circular CRTC 2007-13, 19 April 2007, parties have until 24 July 2007 to provide comments to the Commission, serving a copy on TCC, on the above local forbearance application.

TCC would then have until 30 July 2007 to provide reply comments, serving copies on the parties providing comments.

Where a document is to be filed or served by a specific date, the document must be actually received, not merely sent, by that date.
