The Commission has received the following Tariff Notices(TNs) from, Telus Communications Company (TCC) TN168B/C associated with the link service and supporting cost studies filed pursuant to Rogers Wireless Partnership - Part VII application with respect to the applicability of retail Digital Network Access link charges to Competitor Digital Network Facilities , Telecom Decision CRTC 2007-6, 2 February 2007.

To assist the Commission to dispose of these applications by the third quarter 2007, TCC is requested to provide a response to the question provided in Attachment 1.

As a result the process related to these TNs is revised as follows:

1.   Refer to the company's per-link PWAC costs associated with its CDN Other CO Link service proposed in its 9 May 2007 economic study provided in support of TN 168C. Provide the monthly equivalent cost (MEC) for this per-link service cost identifying and justifying the chosen period used to develop this MEC.
