RE:   Tariff Notice 846 - Maintenance of IP-PBX and PBX Business Equipment

On 12 June 2007, the Commission received an application by Northwestel Inc., under cover of Tariff Notice 846, in which the company proposed a modification to its Maintenance of IP-PBX and PBX Equipment service.

In view of the statutory holiday in Quebec , the Commission will not be able to render a decision within 10 business days of the date of receipt of the application. The Commission expects to render its decision prior to the end of June 2007.
