Re: Disclosure of information filed in confidence with the Commission pursuant to Decision 2007-35

In a letter dated 25 June 2007 , MTS Allstream Inc. requested the following revisions to the procedures set out in the Commission's letter of 4 June 2007 :

i) By 29 June 2007, comments must be filed with the Commission, serving a copy on all other parties on the distribution list.

ii) By 10 July 2007, interested parties may file comments, serving a copy on other parties.

In its letter, MTS Allstream Inc. explained that, while it intends to participate fully in this opportunity to comment, it is unable to meet the 26 June 2007 deadline due to a lack of resources at this time.

In view of the foregoing and since a deadline extension would not be prejudicial to any of the parties concerned, Commission staff is of the view that the request to postpone the filing deadlines as suggested above is reasonable and therefore the filing deadlines will be amended as set out above.
