Dear Ms. Stevens:

RE:   Agreement - Master Agreement for Local Interconnection ( MALI ) between Rogers Cable Communications Inc. and Bell Aliant Regional Communications Limited Partnership

On 12 June 2007 , the Commission received an application from Rogers Cable Communications Inc. for approval of a MALI agreement specifying the interconnection arrangement between Rogers Cable Communications Inc. and Bell Aliant Regional Communications Limited Partnership.

In view of the statutory holiday, the Commission will not be able to render a decision within 10 business days of the date of receipt of the application.   The Commission expects to render its decision within 45 business days of the application being filed.
