Dear Mr. Ramos:

RE: Agreement - Master Agreement for Local Interconnection ( MALI ) between TelNet Communications and MTS Allstream Inc.

On 11 June 2007 , the Commission received an application from TelNet Communications for approval of a MALI agreement specifying the interconnection arrangement between TelNet Communications and MTS Allstream Inc.

Commission staff has requested further information from the company.   Consequently, the Commission will not be able to render a decision within 10 business days of the date of receipt of the application.   The Commission expects to render its decision within 45 business days of the application being filed.
