RE: Agreement - Master Agreement for Local Interconnection ( MALI ) between IVIC Télécom s.e.n.c. and Bell Canada

On 13 June 2007 , the Commission received an application from IVIC Télécom s.e.n.c. for approval of revisions to Schedule C of the MALI agreement specifying the interconnection arrangement between IVIC Télécom s.e.n.c. and Bell Canada .

In view of the statutory holiday, the Commission will not be able to render a decision within 10 business days of the date of receipt of the application.   The Commission expects to render its decision within 45 business days of the application being filed.
