LetterOttawa, 13 June 2007 File no.: 8652-C12-200704636 BY EMAIL To : Parties to Public Notice 2007-4 Object: Review of certain Phase II costing issues, Telecom Public Notice CRTC 2007-4, 30 March 2007 - Request by TCC for extension of time to submit responses to interrogatories. By letter dated 8 June 2007, TELUS Communications Company (TCC) requested a seven-day extension with respect to the date of 22 June 2007 for the submission of responses to interrogatories in the proceeding initiated by Review of certain Phase II costing issues, Telecom Public Notice CRTC 2007-4, 30 March 2007 (Public Notice 2007-4). In support of its request, TCC submitted that the filing date of 22 June 2007 occurred at or around the filing dates of other proceedings that involved the same company resources. In the circumstances, the requested extension is considered reasonable. Revised deadlines with respect to paragraphs 18 to 21 of Public Notice 2007-4 are as follows:
