In a letter dated 7 June 2007 , TELUS Communications Company (TELUS) advised the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunication Commission that it is prepared to withdraw the above noted Part VII application filed by TELUS on 16 December 2004 (the Application).

This letter confirms that the Application is withdrawn and accordingly the file is closed.
