Mr. David Palmer bell.regulatory @bell.ca Dear Mr. Palmer: RE: Bell Aliant Tariff Notice 0092 and Bell Canada Tariff Notice 7037 - Various Items - Annual Price Cap Filings On 30 May 2007 , the Commission received applications by Bell Aliant Regional Communications, Limited Partnership and Bell Canada , under cover of Tariff Notices 0092 and Tariff Notice 7037, respectively, in which the companies proposed modifications to several General Tariff (GT) Items as part of the 2007 Annual Price Cap Filings. As these Tariff Notices requested different effective dates for the changes to voice services and the changes to data services, interim approval cannot be granted using the Streamlined Process. Consequently, the Commission will not be able to render a decision within 10 business days of the date of receipt of the applications. The Commission expects to render its decision within 45 business days of the applications being filed. Yours sincerely, 'Original signed by C. Bailey'
