Mr. David Palmer Dear Mr. Palmer: Re: Bell Aliant Tariff Notice No. 76 and Bell Canada Tariff Notice No. 7022 - Megalink Service On 27 March 2007 , the Commission received applications from Bell Aliant Regional Communications, Limited Partnership and Bell Canada under cover of Tariff Notices 76 and 7022, respectively. As the companies' applications raise significant policy issues related to the conversion of an existing Minimum Contract Period (MCP) contract to an MCP contract of longer duration at the longer-duration contract terms, conditions and rates, the Commission is unable to dispose of the applications within 45 business days of receipt of Tariff Notices 76 and 7022.
