(Xittel) advised the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunication Commission that it had reached an agreement with Bell Aliant Regional Communications L.P. with regards to the above noted Part VII application filed by Xittel on 9 March 2007 (the Application). In light of this agreement, Xittel requested that the Application be withdrawn. This letter confirms that the Application is withdrawn and accordingly the file is closed.
