Mr Robert Olenick Dear Mr. Olenick: Re: Facilities-based local competition On 10 May 2007 , the Commission's staff issued interrogatories to TBayTel with respect to its plan to implement facilities-based local competition in its serving territory with ExaTEL Inc. and Shaw Communications Inc. TBayTel was directed to provide its responses to the interrogatories by 17 May 2007 . On 11 May 2007 , the Commission received TBayTel's request for a 5-day extension to respond to the interrogatories. The Commission's staff considers that TBayTel's request for an extension is acceptable.
