Ms. Faye Snell Dear Ms. Snell: RE: Tariff Notice 124 - Non-published Listing and Housekeeping On 16 April 2007 , the Commission received an application by Bruce Telecom, under cover of Tarif Notice 124, in which the company proposed a modification to its non-published listing service as well as housekeeping changes. As this application raises a policy issue, the Commission will not be able to render a decision within 10 business days of the date of receipt of the application.
