Dear Mr. Guèvremont:

RE:   Master Agreement for CLEC-IXC Interconnection

On 9 March 2007 , the Commission received an application by Téléphone Guèvremont inc. requesting Commission approval for an interconnection agreement between Téléphone Guèvremont inc. and TELUS Communications Company.

Commission staff notes that additional information was requested from the company during a phone conversation. Consequently, the Commission will not be able to render a decision within 10 business days of the date of receipt of the application. The Commission expects to render its decision within 45 business days of the application being filed.

Yours sincerely,
