Re:   TBayTel's Implementation Plan for Facilities-Based Local Competition with ExaTel

In response to Commission staff's interrogatories issued 16 February 2007 , TBayTel indicated that it would provide the Commission with a cost recovery plan associated with the implementation plan for facilities-based local competition for ExaTel on or before 30 March 2007 .   In that regard, Commission staff sets out the process as follows:

i)    TBayTel is to file the cost recovery plan by 30 March 2007 ;

ii)    Interested parties will have until 16 April 2007 to provide comments on the cost recovery plan and TBayTel will have until 26 April 2007 to reply.

Where a document is to be filed or served by a specific date, the document must be actually received, not merely sent by that date.
