RE:   Tariff Notice 57 - 9-1-1 Public Emergency Reporting Service

On 2 March 2007, the Commission received an application by Cochrane Telecom Services, under cover of Tariff Notice 57, in which the company proposed the introduction of 9-1-1 Public Emergency Reporting Service (PERS).

The Commission has received comments relating to the application.  Consequently, the Commission will not be able to render a decision within 10 business days of the date of receipt of the application. The Commission expects to render its decision withint 45 business days of the application being filed.
