Mr. Rob Brown Dear Mr. Brown: Re: Tariff Notice 98 - Calling Features On 12 February 2007 , the Commission received an application by City West Telephone Corporation (City West) , under cover of Tariff Notice 98, in which the company proposed revisions to its General Tariff. City West proposed the following:
In view of the time required to review the numerous tariff revisions proposed by the company in this application, the Commission will not be able to render a decision within 10 business days of the date of receipt of Tariff Notice 98.
