Dear Mr. Connolly:

Re:     Tariff Notice 439 - Mini voice messaging service

This is further to the request for extension filed on 8 February 2007 by TELUS Communications Company (TCC).   On 2 February 2007 , the Commission sent interrogatories to TCC , requesting a response by 9 February 2007 .

With regard to Tariff Notice 439, TCC indicated it would migrate its various voice messaging services to an IP platform beginning 15 February 2007 .   In its letter of 8 February 2007 , TCC said the migration date had been postponed and that the postponement would directly affect the Company's proposal.   The Company requested a further extension to respond to the Commission interrogatories, indicating that it could respond by 23 February 2007 .

TCC 's proposal is accepted.

Yours truly,
