Mr. Dallas Yeulett Re: Price cap regulation for Northwestel Inc., Telecom Decision CRTC 2007-5, 2 February 2007 - Assignment of services to baskets Dear Mr. Yeulett: In Price cap regulation for Northwestel Inc. , Telecom Decision CRTC 2007-5, 2 February 2007 (Decision 2007-5), the Commission established a follow-up process in order to provide Northwestel Inc. (Northwestel), and interested parties, with the opportunity to comment on the assignment of services to the service baskets established in that Decision. In reviewing the company's tariffs, a list of services have been identified (provided in the attachment to this letter) that were not included in the company's assignment of services to baskets provided in response to interrogatory NWTel(CRTC)30Jan06-102, Attachment 1. For each service listed, the company is to indicate whether or not the service is currently being offered. If there is a current tariff for the service, the company is to a) propose its basket assignment for the service, along with supporting rationale, and b) indicated whether or not there are revenues associated with the service. If the service is no longer being offered, Northwestel is to a) indicate whether the tariff has expired or b) identify the telecom order approving the withdrawal of the tariff. In addition, the tariffs for Northwestel that are currently on file with the Commission are incomplete. Northwestel is requested to submit two current copies of its complete tariffs for the Commission's records. The company is to provide the above by 16 February 2007 , the date set out in the Decision for comments on the assignment of services to the baskets. Yours sincerely, 'Original signed by S. Bédard '
