ATTACHMENT

  1. Provide a copy of the written access agreement or agreements that TCC concluded with Pacific Place Holdings Ltd. (now amalgamated with Concord Group Inc.) and any other company for the installation of telecommunications facilities during the construction of buildings on land owned by Concord Group Inc. with respect to the properties located at 583 Beach Crescent, 428 Beach Crescent, 638 Beach Crescent, 550 Pacific Street, 928 Beatty Street and 633 Kinghorne Mews in the city of Vancouver.
  2. Provide the terms of any unwritten access agreement or agreements that TCC concluded with Pacific Place Holdings Ltd.
