  1. Provide a copy of the Master Cable Television Services agreement that Novus Entertainment Inc. ( Novus) entered into on 30 May 2000 with Pacific Place Holdings Ltd. (now amalgamated with Concord Pacific Group Inc.) and MultiActive Communications Inc. (now 503161 British Columbia Ltd.).
  2. Provide a copy of the above noted Master Cable Television Services agreement as amended on 1 November 2004 .
  3. Provide a list of all the services that Novus provides and plans to provide in the buildings to which the Master Cable Television Services agreement apply.
  4. Is Novus providing local exchange telecommunications services in the buildings to which the Master Cable Television Services agreement apply?   If so, provide the date on which Novus began providing such services.
  5. Does Novus intend to provide local exchange telecommunications services in the buildings to which the Master Cable Television Services agreement apply?
