Mr. Serge Désy RE: ACTQ/Bell Interconnection Agreement - Renewal of item B of Appendix 10 (agreement on the Operator Services package) Dear Mr. Désy: This is in response to your application in regard to renewal of item B of Appendix 10 ( agreement on the Operator Services package ), which is an integral part of the interconnection agreement of 1 January 1994 between the signatory member companies ACTQ and Bell Canada . Commission staff notes that Ivic Télécom S.E.N.C. (817D), CoopTel (9163-7918 Quebec Inc.) and Sogetel Numérique (9164-3122 Quebec Inc.), which are listed in the amended item B, are new companies that were not listed when the original agreement was signed with Bell Canada. Since it is waiting for additional information from ACTQ concerning these three businesses, the Commission will be unable to render a decision regarding your application within 10 working days of the date of filing.
