CRTC Interconnection Steering Committee - Consensus items
|

In this Decision, the Commission approves several consensus reports dealing with various issues filed by the CRTC Interconnection Steering Committee Business Process Working Group.

1.
|
The Business Process Working Group (BPWG) of the CRTC Interconnection Steering Committee (CISC) submitted consensus reports to the CISC Steering Committee (SC).
|

|
On 15 June 2007, the SC approved the following reports:
|

- BPWG - Installation, Testing and Maintenance for Unbundled loops and Standalone Number Portability Guidelines Version 6.0, 2 March 2007 (BPRE061a and ITMGV60). Updates to the Installation, Testing and Maintenance Guidelines to include processes for intermodal1 porting and to reflect recent Commission determinations and industry practices.

- BPWG - Canadian Local Ordering Guidelines - Version 6, 30 March 2007 (BPRE056c). Version 6 of the Canadian Local Ordering Guidelines to be implemented through a "flash cut" approach on the weekend of 12-13 April 2008.

|
- BPWG - Phase 2 Shared NXXs, 16 April 2007 (BPRE062d). Implementation details and milestones for the continued rollout of wireless number portability from March to September 2007.
|
|
- BPWG - MALI and LEC-IXC Agreements, 22 May 2007 (BPRE059a, MALIv29 and LECIXCMAv19). Updates to the Master Agreement for Local Interconnection and to the Local Exchange Carrier-Interexchange Carrier agreement to reflect recent Commission determinations and industry practices.

The consensus reports were referred to the Commission for consideration. The reports are available through the Commission's website.

The Commission has reviewed and approves the above-noted consensus reports.
