  The Commission is issuing corrections to its summary and the paragraph 63 of Application for forbearance from the regulation of residential local exchange services in Fort McMurray, Alberta, Telecom Decision CRTC 2007-18, issued today. The corrections are highlighted in bold italic below:
 

In this Decision, the Commission approves the introduction of local forbearance in the Fort McMurray residential relevant market once TELUS Communications Company has demonstrated that it has met the competitor quality of service criterion that will be in effect at the time of its competitor quality of service filing.

 

63. The Commission approves the introduction of local forbearance in the Fort McMurray residential relevant market once TCC has demonstrated that it has met the CQ of S criterion that will be in effect at the time of its CQ of S filing.
