Administrative renewal

1.

The Commission renews the broadcasting licence for the radio programming undertaking CHIM-FM Timmins and its transmitters, from 1 September 2007, to 30 November 2007, subject to the terms and conditions in effect under the current licence.

The application for the renewal of this licence was published in Broadcasting Public Notice CRTC 2007-55, 22 May 2007. However, the Commission will not be able to rule on this application before the current licence expires.

This decision does not dispose of any substantive issue that may exist with respect to the renewal of this licence. The Commission will issue a decision on the renewal application at a later date.
