1.
The Commission renews the broadcasting licence for the French-language Type A community radio programming undertaking CKRP-FM Falher and its transmitters CKRP-FM-1 Nampa and CKRP-FM-2 Peace River, Alberta, from 1 September 2007 to 31 August 2014. The licence will be subject to the conditions set out in the appendix to this decision.
2.
The Commission notes that in Decision 2001-86, it approved an application by the licensee to broadcast a minimum weekly level of spoken word programming of 8.5% rather than the 15% minimum weekly level set out in the Community radio policy (Public Notice 2000-13). The licensee will continue to broadcast this level of spoken word programming over its new licence term.
