Radiocommunication distribution undertaking - Licence renewal


The Commission renews the broadcasting licence for the radiocommunication distribution undertaking serving Cape Broyle, from 1 September 2007 to 31 August 2014. The licence will be subject to the conditions specified therein.


This undertaking distributes, in non-encrypted mode, the programs of CBNT St. John's and CJON-TV St. John's.


The Commission did not receive any interventions in connection with this application.


The licence will be issued to the Town Clerk of the Town of Cape Broyle, authorizing Wendy Duggan, in her capacity as the Town Clerk of the Town of Cape Broyle, and any subsequent person1 occupying that position, to operate the aforementioned undertaking.
