CHHA Toronto - Technical change

1. The Commission approves the application by San Lorenzo Latin American Community Centre to change the authorized contours of the Type B community radio programming undertaking CHHA Toronto, by increasing the daytime transmitter power from 1,000 watts to 10,000 watts.
2. The increase in power will restore the CHHA radio signal to areas that lost coverage following the relocation of the transmitter approved by the Commission in Broadcasting Decision 2007-301.
3. The Commission did not receive any interventions in connection with this application.
4. The Commission reminds the licensee that, pursuant to section 22(1) of the Broadcasting Act, this authority will only be effective when the Department of Industry notifies the Commission that its technical requirements have been met, and that a broadcasting certificate will be issued.
