  Application 2006-1058-6

Erratum

1.

In paragraph 1 of CBCT-FM Charlottetown - New transmitter at St. Edward, Broadcasting Decision CRTC 2007-14, 11 January 2007, the Commission indicated that the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation (CBC) had proposed to establish a new FM transmitter of CBCT-FM Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island at St. Edward to rebroadcast the programming of the CBC's national English-language network service, Radio Two.

2.

The CBC station CBCT-FM Charlottetown actually offers the programming of the CBC's national English-language network service, Radio One.

3.

The Commission hereby corrects the decision, by replacing paragraph 1 with the following paragraph:

  1. The Commission approves the application by the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation (CBC) to amend the broadcasting licence for the radio programming undertaking CBCT-FM Charlottetown, in order to operate an FM transmitter at St. Edward to rebroadcast the programming of the CBC's national English-language network service, Radio One.
